Mrs. Savita Gupta a third-generation entrepreneur has a passion for real estate and her vision to reinvent the property-buying experience in India led to the establishment of GAG REALTY®. With over 18 years of experience in business, Mrs. Gupta’s leadership ensures that GAG REALTY® remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
Mrs. Gupta with a solid business foundation, takes care of client relations (International and domestic), and all business-related exercises. Mrs. Gupta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
Mr. Gaurav Gupta
As the backbone of our free legal aid promise, Mr. Gupta having vide experience in Real Estate matters, specifically matters related to RERA, ensures that our clients’ rights are always protected. His forward-thinking approach ensures that we remain ahead of the curve. Mr. Gupta has a strong background in providing legal guidance and support, and extensive experience drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents. He is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to explain legal concepts in simple terms. Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Law.
Dr. R.D. Mishra
Dr. Mishra has 40 years of professional experience in the field of Management consultancy, and training. Dr. Mishra served as Director and head of the National Productivity Council, (Under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India ) for thirty years, Director with Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management & Research (JKManagement School) Kanpur for two years, and Postgraduate management teaching for seven years at Lucknow. Dr. Mishra has contributed many articles in the field of Management in various Journals. Many of the Management articles and Interviews can be seen on the YouTube channel ”mediaswaraj.com”. Dr. Mishra is excellent in team building & interpersonal skills and works effectively with individuals at all levels. Dr. Mishra has earned Ph.D. in Management from B.H.U.(1992) and is M.B.A,(1978) M.Sc. (Math)(1976).
Dr. Vijay Bhadur Singh
Dr. V. B. Singh, a Chartered Engineer and Valuer has 40 years plus experience in design & construction management with expertise in quality audit. Dr. Singh served as Technical Advisor, at U.P. RERA for two years and retired as General Manager from U.P. Police Housing Lucknow after serving for 38 years. Dr. Singh provides expert technical guidance and helps us in selecting the best of real estate projects both from technical and regulations points for our clients after deep technical research. Dr. Singh looks after day-to-day business operations and being a subject expert, guides internal staff and also interacts with developers and their construction team. Dr Singh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and is a member of various professional bodies.
Mr. Ajay Tomar
Mr. Tomar is a self-motivated and entrepreneurially spirited leader with more than two decades of experience, having specialized in the areas of sales, business development, and operations. Proven ability to build up, sustain, and scale up sales in established and start-up environments.Holds strong management skills, sound leadership skills, strength in key recruitments, etc. Mr. Tomar holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
